1. Agreement to Terms
By reserving The Panther Solstice or joining our launch list, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or place a reservation.
2. Reservation and Deposit
Placing a $20 deposit reserves your spot at the founders price of $299 (MSRP $499). The deposit is fully refundable at any time before production begins. The remaining balance is not charged until your smartwatch ship.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are in USD. The founders price is available only while reservation spots remain. Payment processing is handled by our secure third-party payment provider.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Estimated shipping timelines are provided for planning purposes and may change. We will communicate updates by email as the production schedule becomes firm.
5. Refund Policy
Your $20 reservation deposit is refundable at any time before production begins. Once production begins, the deposit becomes non-refundable and is applied toward your final order.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, images, and designs on this site are owned by The Panther Solstice or its licensors and may not be used without permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Panther Solstice is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your reservation or use of this site.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
